Event Conditions
Business Policy
- Registration for EAMSA 2026 is subject to the applicable registration fee and event conditions.
- Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration information.
- Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing to the EAMSA 2026 Conference Secretariat and will be considered according to the event's applicable conditions.
- The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the conference schedule, program, speakers, venue, or event format when necessary.
- Travel, accommodation, visa, and other personal expenses are the responsibility of participants.

- EAMSA 2026 collects personal information such as name, email address, institution, country, registration details, and payment-related information for conference administration.
- Personal information will be used for registration, payment verification, communication, receipt issuance, and event management.
- Online card payments are processed through an authorized payment service provider. EAMSA 2026 does not store complete credit or debit card information.
- Personal information will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties except where necessary for event services or required by law.

Fees & Confirmation
Payment Policy
- All EAMSA 2026 registration fees are charged in Thai Baht (THB).
- Payment may be made by bank transfer or online credit/debit card through the available payment gateway.
- For bank transfers, participants must ensure that the full registration fee is received. Any bank charges or transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender.
- Online card payments may require 3-D Secure (3DS) authentication.
- Registration is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
