*The low-income rate applies to participants affiliated with institutions in low-income economies.
**For Student and Emeritus rates, a valid ID card or other proof of status may be required.
Note: The registration fee includes the EAMSA membership fee for 2027 (EUR 80 for regular members and EUR 40 for students), conference lunches, tea and coffee breaks, the gala dinner, and a local company visit.
👥 Guest Registration
Guest Registration: Registrants may designate a guest for an additional fee of THB 2,000. This fee allows the guest to accompany the registrant to the Welcome Reception and/or Gala Dinner. Guests may not attend official conference sessions, panels, workshops, keynote sessions, or company visits. They are also not eligible to join coffee breaks or lunches provided during the daily conference program.
