The conference will span three days from 11-13 November 2026. The conference programme will be released before the conference starts.

- Academic Paper Sessions (Competitive, Interactive, and Poster Tracks).
- Keynote Speeches by prominent scholars or business practitioners.
- EAMSA General Assembly (for all members on the final day).
- Welcome Reception on the evening before the conference begins.
