Payment Information & Instructions

📋 Registration & Payment Process

Please follow the steps below to complete your registration for the EAMSA Annual Conference 2026:

  1. Confirm your applicable fee category (Regular or Student / Low-Income / Emeritus).
    • Check the low-income country list here
  2. Proceed with payment using one of the available payment methods listed below.
  3. Log in to the submission system at https://submit.eamsa2026.org/ and upload your proof of payment (bank transfer slip or payment receipt). If you have not yet registered, please create an account first.
  4. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send you a receipt through the submission system.

Delegates paying by bank transfer should remit the fee to the official account below:
